The three declarations in the form, in plain English
- Accuracy. The information and documents you give us are accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge. Our answer relies on them, and we don't inspect your goods, packaging or vehicles.
- Terms. You accept our terms of service and privacy notice, including that this service does not appoint us as your Dangerous Goods Safety Adviser under ADR 1.8.3.
- Immediate delivery. You ask us to begin work straight away. If you are a consumer, you acknowledge that once your answer has been delivered you lose the 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Cancel before delivery and you receive a full or proportionate refund.
If we miss our own turnaround: quoted turnarounds are our target, not a guarantee. If we run over, we'll tell you, and you're welcome to cancel for a full refund at any point before your answer is delivered.
Payment
Submitted the form? Pay for the service you chose and you're done. Card or PayPal, no PayPal account needed. We only see and answer questions once payment is complete, a form on its own doesn't start the clock.
